The obvious answer is 'how long is a piece of string?' as it varies from patient to patient and on the type of injury or condition being treated.
That said, to give you an idea, here is some information from a random sample of 100 of Alistair's patients. The average number of 'contacts' (i.e. treatment sessions) was 3.2 times. So you might expect to need a total of 3 or 4 visits to get 'back to normal'.
