At Nottingham Physio Services, we pride ourselves in completing a comprehensive Musculoskeletal assessment, aiming to diagnose the root cause of your pain or reduced function.

Our initial physio assessments last between 50 minutes to 1 hour and include a thorough verbal and physical evaluation. You will receive hands-on treatment, along with advice and exercises to expediate your recovery.

Alistair Exon, the founder and clinical director will be your dedicated Physio.

He brings over 24 years of experience in the field, successfully treating patients in private practice, sports injury clinics and the NHS. He is well equipped to treat a broad spectrum of musculoskeletal issues such as neck and back pain, whiplash, shoulder pain, sprains and strains, arthritis, sports injuries and postural or work problems. 
 

He is also qualified to carry out Medical Accupuncture or Dry Needling at Physio Nottingham.

Alistair qualified with a first class honours degree and is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.  Importantly, he is also registered with the Health and Care Professions Council and is a member of Physio First.

Nottingham Physiotherapy Services have a lovely, well-equipped clinic, to carry out a wide range of physio treatments, in the Bramcote (Beeston) area of Nottingham, with ample off street parking.

We are usually open Monday-Friday 8.00 - 21.00; 8.00 to 13.00 on Saturdays and closed on Sunday (but sometimes can squeeze an emergency appointment in).
